第一階段結束 第二階段開始
終於結束37天的成功嶺冬令營，要說什麼呢？
算精實啦，沒有傳說中那麼可怕，但是該操的ㄧ定都會操到
看到很多軍中的現實面，認識了ㄧ些新訓的朋友，成功胖了5公斤，算是我這段日子的收穫吧
也有很多有趣的事發生，簡單來說新訓沒有白費，裡面教的ㄧ些練體能的運動也挺有用
之後閒閒沒事應該會來練ㄧ下，接下來要下部隊了，又是ㄧ個新的開始

最近聽到了一些事，也看了一些事
只能說，自己的觀察啦，很多人都沒做到盡自己本分的義務
管絃樂主修，參加一個樂團，都不來練習，理由千奇百怪，然後妄想自己可以有一堆分部
有不知道練習時間的，有每次都非常臨時湊巧有事的，還有怕被噹的，更甚者，我就是不想來，怎樣
每次都可以把自己的缺席說的理直氣壯，擲地有聲，只能說

An adequate supply of water is vital for all forms of animal and plant life,from the smallest amoeba to tallest tree.Water makes up about 50 percent of every living organism.A person would die if he lost more than 15 percent of his body's water.In the body,water dissolves and distributes vital elements such as carbon dioxide, oxygen,and salts.It is essential for bloood circulation,the removal of wastes,and the movement of muscles.Without water,a human being could not even open his eyes.The water that an organism loses through excretion and evaporation must constantly be replaced.This never-ending thirst is believed to be a legacy of the ocean origins of life.The concentration of salt in human beings is about 0.9 percent,a level that biochemists believe is the same as that of the sea 400 million years ago-then the first organisms ventured from the oceans to the land.So,in one sense,human beings still carry within their bodies the water from which their ancestor evolved long ago.
